Plastic Cards

The collating process for the manufacture of plastic cards can be a slow and expensive manual operation. In utilising the latest anti-static devices the Setmaster can make short work of collating the various plastics required in the manufacture of plastic cards. Prior to the the laminating process the Setmaster will check the alignment of the magnetic tape before welding the plastic sheets together with Ultra-Sonic welding heads, ensuring the integrity of the set.
